Firefighters tackle fence fire at Padgate

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to deal with a garden fence fire at a property at Padgate, Warrington, yesterday (Tuesday) which is believed to have been started deliberately.

The incident took place shortly after 6pm on Lysander Drive, Padgate.
One fire engine attended from Warrington attended at the scene and on arrival the crew discovered a garden fence well alight.
One hose reel jet was used to extinguish the flames.
It is believed that the fire had been started deliberately. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting IML 687662.
