Sixteen deaths confirmed in Warrington as total number of people testing positive reaches 138

A total of sixteen people have now sadly died after testing positive for Coronavirus COVID-19 in Warrington, with the total number of people in the town testing positive reaching 138.
There have been a total of 16 new confirmed cases in a 24 hour period at Warrington Hospital.
Two weeks on from the Government’s lockdown, the daily increase was nine less than the previous 24 hours.
Across the country there have been 3,802 cases and 439 deaths, taking the UK daily totals to 51,608 cases and 5,373 deaths.
The totals do not include people who could have coronavirus but have not been tested and are in self-isolation after showing symptoms.
