TOWN centre offices which were once the home of warrington-worldwide have been sold.

BE Group, on behalf of client Walter Carefoot & Sons, has successfully completed the sale of 1 Froghall Lane in Warrington to owner occupier Ivers Care Services. The registered healthcare provider, which also has offices in Birmingham, Sheffield and Middlesborough, will occupy the 1,700 sqft building which sits in close proximity to Warrington Town Centre.

Greg O’Hara, Surveyor at BE Group commented, “Whilst 2019 was somewhat characterised by economic uncertainty, the appetite of owner occupiers remained strong. Each year we see consistent numbers of freehold sales and 2019 was no different, with just over 28 percent of all office transactions completed on a freehold basis last year.”

Greg added, “We achieved £150 per sq ft for the sale of 1 Froghall Lane, which further demonstrates that owner occupier demand is strong in Warrington.”

BE Group acted as sole agents on behalf of Walter Carefoot & Sons.

The building was once the home of warrington-worldwide when it was launched by publishing company Orbit News in 1999.
