ORBIT Developments has successfully let a 22,000 sq ft office to Stantec at Building 2, Daten Park in Birchwood, Warrington.

Stantec is a top tier design and engineering consultancy with over 400 locations across the globe. They have taken a 10-year lease at Building 2 on Daten Park in Birchwood, Warrington.

We are pleased to say that Daten Park is now 100% occupied, but we still have options for occupiers seeking space in our growing Warrington portfolio.”
