Growing number of town centre shops close

A GROWING number of shops in Warrington town centre have closed until further notice because of the Coronavirus situation.
Others are operating reduced opening hours – and most of the banks are opening later and closing earlier.
Some shops still prepared to stay open are being forced to consider closing because of the vastly reduced football in the town centre.
Shops which have announced they are closing include: Ask Italian, Build a Bear, Disney Store, Footlocker, Minoti, River Island, St Rocco’s, Scoop TK Maxx, USC and Vintage Viola.
It is likely that more closures will follow.
