A MAN and a woman were arrested in Warrington town centre for an alleged racist incident.
They were alleged to have been shouting racist abuse at other people in the area and were arrested and held in custody overnight.
In a separate incident, a woman was arrested for an alleged breach of a criminal behaviour order in that she had been repeatedly phoning 999 for no apparent reason.
She was held in custody overnight.
