A treat for vintage car and cycle enthusiasts

VINTAGE car – and bicycle – enthusiasts are in for a treat at Warrington’s Walton Gardens on Sunday March 15
About 40 veteran, vintage and classic cars will be paying a visit to the Riding School after driving from Chester.
They belong to members of Chester Vintage Car Club, the Ford Model A Car Club and the Cheshire Classic Car Club and they will be able to view from around 11am – depending on how long it takes them to drive from Chester.
Extra special cars in the collection will be a 1907 Napier Open Tourer and a 1933 Humber 16-6.
Warrington’s cycle museum will also be open – in fact the 1933 Humber belongs to cycle museum curator Paul Adams.
He said: “Responsible people will be able to have a ride on some of the cycles – and there will be plenty for everyone to see.”
A buffet lunch will be available at Walton’s Heritage Café.
