“The changing world of Rugby League”

LEADING members of Warrington Wolves will be at the Warrington Campus of the University of Chester on Tuesday March 17 to talk about the club’s expansion into other areas of Rugby League as well as the bigger picture of the sport as a whole.
Club chief executive Karl Fitzpatrick, chairman Stuart Middleton and head coach Steve Price will give a talk entitled Warrington Wolves – the Ever-Changing World of Rugby League in the North West Media Centre.
The free event will cover the introduction of the club’s women’s and girls’ teams, as well as both the learning and physical disability teams, highlighting the inclusive nature of the sport. The panel will also look at changes off-field due to the evolving times in business and media.
Chester University is a long-time shirt sponsor of the club and the team trains at the Warrington Campus throughout the week.
The event, which is open to the public as well as to students and staff, will start at 6.30pm with tea and coffee served from 6pm.
