Blooming Art continues to bloom with new exhibition

VIDEO: BUSINESS is blooming for local Artist and teacher Gail Stubbings who is currently proudly exhibiting the work of her students at The Gateway in Warrington.

Opening yesterday (Tuesday) Gail’s  Blooming Art’s students have produced a stunning free exhibition of art for the people of Warrington to enjoy with something to suit all tastes.

Gail and her team of volunteers have been providing art classes and tuition to all comers for the past five years, building up a huge community hub of local talent.

Currently based at the Warrington Club on Bold Street, as well as staging the exhibition at The Gateway, Gail is busy preparing for a move to new premises, while also working hard to bring art to the whole community.

Gail, who passes on her passion to her students, believes Community Art provides the opportunity for people from all walks of life to articulate, explore and express themselves through the window of art, aiding a healthier and happier lifestyles.

Her latest “Visual Arts Exhibitioon” which runs until mid March, provides  a wide variety styles and types of art and is of very high quality.

The students producing the pieces come from many backgrounds and many are able to complete their Level 1 NCFE Art & Design full accredited course many of which are fully funded.

Teaming up with the Learning Curve Group to put on the exhibition, Blooming Art is also able to receive full funding for some courses.
