Arsonists blamed for wheelie bin fire at Fearnhead

FIREFIGHTERS were called out at Warrington last night after reports of a fire in the open at Fearnhead.
A crew from Warrington fire station arrived at the scene in West View at around 9pm to discover a number of wheelie bins well alight.
It is believed the fire had been started deliberately.
A hose reel jet was used to extinguish the blaze.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101, quoting incident IML 639895.

  1. Why are so many bins set alight?

    Maybe if the house holders took them onto their property when they had been emptied instead of leaving them in the open then there would not be so many incidents as there would not be any bins in the open to be set alight.
