Large farm building hit by fire

FIRE crews from Stockton Heath and Lymm were called to a blaze in a large farm building at Appleton Thorn, Warrington.
Hose reel jets were used to extinguish the fire in Arley Road yesterday, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus.
Afterwards, a main jet was used to damp down the area.
In another incident, crews from the same fire stations dealt with a shed fire in Foggs Lane, Antrobus.
Hose reel jets were used to put out the fire and a thermal imaging camera was used to check for hot spots. Crews were on the scene for an hour and a half.
