WARRINGTON Town’s planned Tuesday night trip to Buxton has been postponed due to snow.
Despite there being an artificial pitch at Silverlands, snowfall overnight meant clearing the pitch and ensuring the safety of the surroundings were not possible.
The game was due to be played three years to the day since they played out a thrilling 3-3 draw, with the Yellows striking twice late on to fight from two goals down with 10 men.
Paul Carden’s side, who won 2-1 at home to Whitby Town on Saturday, are next in action at Lancaster City on Saturday.
