Men arrested after town centre disturbance

POLICE at Warrington were called out last night when two men ran amok in the town centre.
The pair were alleged to have caused a disturbance at the Village Hotel and a town centre bar, threatening staff, throwing chairs and tables about and assaulting an off-duty PCSO.
They were arrested on allegations of threatening behaviour, assault and possessing controlled drugs and spent the night in custody
