POLICE were advising motorists to avoid the Winwick Road area of town following a road traffic collision during the busy rush hour period on Friday afternoon.
The collision blocked the road outside the Ford dealership shortly after 4.30pm.
Police advised motorists to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
