Early morning arson attack at Great Sankey

POLICE were called out at Warrington early today after yet another arson incident  involving  a wheelie bin.

The blaze in Barrow Hall Lane, Great Sankey was reported shortly before 7am  and came shortly after police had issued a warning about increasing numbers of bin fires in the Warrington area.

A fire crew from Penketh used hand appliances to extinguish the flames.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police on 101.
