FOLLOWING last year’s success when FDR Law became the first Warrington based law firm to achieve a ranking in the prestigious Legal 500, the firm achieved the double this year with listings for both its Real Estate and Private Client teams.
The Legal 500 rankings are the leading guide to law firms and solicitors across the UK and only recommend firms following a thorough, independent process.
Highlights for the Real Estate team included representing Network Space on the sale of 25 sites across the North West in a deal worth £93m, advising United Utilities Property Service on the disposal of a substantial area of land in Swinton for residential development, and acting for a client on the negotiation and completion of a property and asset management agreement for a national portfolio of industrial and commercial sites. The Private Client team were equally delighted to be recommended and listed in the personal tax, trusts and probate category in the first year they have entered the awards.
