Latchford player makes debut for Wales Dragonhearts

LATCHFORD Albion’s Morgan Nicholas made his debut for the Wales Dragonhearts when he played in a 26 20 victory over the South of England Lionhearts.
Morgan, the son of Warrington and Wales legend, and Albion ambassador Mike Nicholas earned the call with consistently strong performances throughout the season.
This led to a selection for a North Wales Origin series, where his performances earned a call up to the full national side.
Morgan has also received coaching from a former Albion player during this time, with Matty Drinkwater this season becoming the head coach of the Origin team, and also being part of the coaching set up for the national side.
