A man alleged to have assaulted two paramedics has been arrested by police thanks to a sharp eyed CCTV operator.
The male was arrested by Warrington police near to the Bus Station for alleged assaults on two paramedics on the afternoon of Monday 23rd September in the Town Centre – also alleged Possession of Class A Drugs.
During the arrest he was also accused with further allegations of Resisting Arrest and a further allegation of Possession of Class A Drugs.
This morning he was charged with Assault on two Paramedics on the 23rd September 2019, Possession of a Controlled Drug of Class A (Cocaine) on the same date, aResisting Arrest yesterday and another charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug of Class A (Cocaine) yesterday.
He has also charged with Failure to Comply with in custody Drug Testing Procedures under the Police & Criminal Evidence Act.
He has been bailed to appear at Warrington Magistrates Court at the end of October 2019 – with Bail Conditions not to enter the area of Warrington Town Centre (other than to attend court or a solicitor appointment).
Meanwhile in another incident officers arrested a male at Warrington Bus Station for an alleged Assault on a staff member there.
