Racial disorder in Great Sankey area

A 33-year-old man was arrested in the Great Sankey area of Warrington last night for alleged racially aggravated disorder.
When arrested he is alleged to have spat at officers and been racially abusive towards them.
In another incident in the early hours of today, a 17-year-old youth was arrested on Academy Way. He was alleged to have assaulted a police officer and to have been drunk and disorderly.
