POLICE officers in Warrington are asking the public to help them trace a 19-year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison.
Declan Taylor, of no fixed address, is believed to be in the Warrington area. He is described as white, around 5’ 10” tall and of medium build with dark brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who sees Taylor is advised to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting 19100223259.
