Vandals blamed for fire in alleyway

VANDALS are believed to have started a fire in an alleyway off Norris Street, Warrington last night.
Firefighters were called to the scene at about 7.30pm and discovered the fire – which involved a quantity of rubbish.
They were at the scene for about 20 minutes and extinguished the fire using water.
