Men arrested for alleged credit card fraud

TWO men were arrested in Warrington town centre on suspicion of fraud.
Police had received reports of mail being stolen and credit and debit cards being created using information obtained.
The two men appeared to be waiting to intercept mail and were allegedly in possession of technology to enable them to commit the alleged offences.
The car they were in was also alleged to have no insurance.
