Man suffered smoke inhalation in site blaze

A MAN was treated for smoke inhalation at Warrington after fire broke out in a site cabin.
The blaze was in Alder Lane and two fire engines from Birchwood and Lymm were called to the scene.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the fire, which was in the roof space of thde cabin, using a hose reel jet and a covering jet.
Crews cut away the affected area and damped down and used a thermal imaging camera to ensure there were no hot spots.
A ventilation unit was used to disperse smoke.
