WARRINGTON’S Own Buses proved to be an egg-cellent place to work as drivers, engineers and cleaners signed in during the early hours.

Employees were surprised by its Operations Director, Duane Henderson, who gave everyone an Easter Egg.

The bus company, which recently obtained a 93% rating for overall journey satisfaction, is on a drive to improve customer service and they believe it starts with making the business a great place to work for its team.

Duane commented: “We are increasingly building a ‘one team’ mentality and we believe that the way to improve customer service is to promote well being and to show our colleagues that we truly appreciate what they do. Happy colleagues give better customer service.”

The bus company has a service change commencing on 28th April, which includes another round of discounted fares.
