DETECTIVES at Warrington have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to after a man was seriously assaulted in a town centre nightclub.
Shortly after midnight yesterday (Sunday) 22-year-old man was standing on the dance floor at Block 1 on Bold Street when he was involved in an argument with a group of men.
During the row the man was seriously assaulted and sustained a cut to his left cheek which required hospital treatment.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and as part of the investigation officers today released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to.
Detective Constable David Wynne said: “This incident took place in a busy nightclub in Warrington town centre and there were a number of people in the club at the time who may be able to assist with our investigation.
“I’m particularly keen to speak to the two men in the CCTV images as I believe that they may hold vital information.
“If you think you recognise the men in the images or may know who they are please contact the team here at Warrington CID on 101, quoting IML 355161.

Hi, this article only seems to show one of the guys there looking for on the pictures.
Shocking assault and I hope those responsible for attacking the young man in such a horrific way are caught. All 4 photos of the people wanted for questioning are on Warrington Police’s page here.
