Vandals go on the rampage in early hours of morning

VANDALS went on the rampage in the early hours of today setting fire to wheelie bins in two streets at Burtonwood, Warrington.
Shortly after 2.30am they set fire to a number of bins on Fairclough Street. One blaze spread to nearby fencing.
Firefighters from Warrington used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fires.
Shortly before 4am, fire crews were called back to Burtonwood to deal with a wheelie bin fire on Clay Lane which spread to nearby bushes.
In both cases, the fires had been started deliberately and police urged anyone with information about the incidents to call them on 101 or via the anonymous Crimestoppers hotline 0800 555 111.
