VIDEO: In around 12 months time Warrington’s award winning market will be preparing to open its doors in a brand new facility in the heart of the town centre.
The #LoveWarrington show team caught up with market manager Andy Ward on a busy Saturday morning at the current temporary facility which was recently voted the Best Small Indoor Market in the UK.
After helping with the move from the former market premises and into the new temporary facility Andy is now planning ahead for the brand new market which will be around a third larger than the existing facility.
But meanwhile trade is brisk at the temporary facility which boasts a busy food hall and some award winning and world famous traders!
Shoppers can also benefit from three hours free parking at the nearby Times Square multi-story car park, if they get their ticket stamped in the market.
The new facility is scheduled to open next spring, alongside the new multi-screen cinema.
