Culcheth Players to stage classic fairytale Snow White

CULCHETH Players will be staging the classic fairytale pantomime Snow White at Culcheth Sports Club (The Daten) starting on Friday February 15 at 7.30 pm.

On Saturday (Feb 16) there will be two shows at 2pm and 7.30pm while on Sunday (Feb 17) the show will be at 2pm.

This version of the classic and much loved fairytale has been written by Ben Crocker. As well as promising plenty of laughs the cast will be joined as ever by dancers from the Rosemary Powell School of Dance in Culcheth.

Last year’s pantomime Aladdin was a great success and Culcheth Players are hoping to emulate that success with Snow White.

They have a new director in Dave McManus who many of the regular pantomime attendees will know as the actor who plays their “Dame” character. Dave has a wealth of panto experience and has some fresh and funny comedy ideas.

Come and see if Snow White can survive the evil clutches of her wicked step mother. Will Danny Dumpling win her heart or will she be charmed by Prince Frederick.

Tickets as ever are available behind the bar at Culcheth Sports Club. They can also be reserved on the ticket line by phoning 07943 517710, or you can book online through www.culchethplayers.co.uk. You can also pay cash on the door. Tickets are £7 for adults and just £5 for children under 16.
