ARSONISTS are believed to have started a fire which caused extensive damage to a car on the driveway of a house in Sandy Lane West, Orford, Warrington.
A fire engine from Warrington were to the scene shortly before 10pm last night and a firefighter wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze with a hose reel jet.
Once the fire was out the crew used a thermal imaging camera to check the property and neighbouring homes for hotspots.
Firefighters were at the scene for nearly an hour and police also attended.
