CARE At Home is the new name of Nightingales UK Ltd, one of Warrington’s longest established Domiciliary Care Companies, who celebrated their 25 year anniversary last  November.

Having started from humble beginnings the company now employs over 80 people and care for over 200 clients and cover all areas of Warrington from its base in Padgate.

In 2018 a new team of Investors and Management joined the business, which has now been renamed and rebranded as Care At Home, to align with the Company’s strategy of providing the highest quality of domiciliary Care in Warrington.

The new team, led by new Managing Director, Karl Jacobie, has vast experience in providing Care in Warrington and are passionate about quality in every aspect of its business. They offer a full range of home care services that can be bespoked to match your individual requirements.

The business has seen substantial investment over the past 9 months with the appointment of a completely new management team including Lisa Collins, Care Manager, Laura Ellis, Training Manager, Jenny Hughes, HR and Recruitment Manager, Jane Stanton, Private Business Manager and Lynn Patterson, Quality & Compliance Manager. This new team brings a combined 100 plus years of experience in the care industry to the company.

“With these appointments I believe we now have the best management team in the industry,” said Karl, who added: “Our Company ethos is to provide the best care possible, whilst treating all of our Clients with Respect, Dignity and Integrity, at all times. We treat each person as an individual and therefore provide bespoke care packages in each client’s home”.

The new investors in the company (two of whom were born in Warrington) have a wealth of experience managing their own successful businesses as well as working in large global corporate organisations.

“We decided to become involved in the Care Sector due to the personal experiences we have had with our own family members who have required home care in recent years” said Karl, adding: “We felt that if we could bring our years of  experience running our own businesses and also working in world class corporate companies into the Care sector we could truly make a difference”.

Care at Home are one of the largest providers of Home Care Services to Warrington Borough Council. The care business is led by Lisa Collins who has over 25 years’ experience working in the sector.

“I was excited to have joined Care At Home and was impressed by its values and ethics and also by the vision of the Investors to provide the best domiciliary care service in the area and then to take this service and these values and expand them to other areas in the North West and eventually the rest of the country,” said Lisa.

Care at Home recently launched a new Private Home Care Division, led by Jane Stanton, who has over 15 years’ experience managing Private Home Care in Warrington and Cheshire.

“I am delighted to be joining such an ambitious, exciting, proactive company like Care At Home and I am looking forward to growing our Private Business in the Warrington and surrounding areas by providing a unique service to Private Clients, with tailored visit times and personal packages for each individual”.

Karl added: “Being at Home, is where we all feel the happiest and most comfortable, our aim at Care At Home, is to help you maintain this”

Care At Home are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Warrington Borough Council, so clients and family can rest assured they or their loved ones will be treated with the respect, dignity and integrity they deserve.
