Police warn of fake bank notes circulating in town

POLICE at Warrington have issued a warning about fake bank notes circulating in the town.
A spokesperson said: “We have had numerous reports of a man attempting to use fake notes in local shops and pubs.
“CCTV enquiries are on-going to establish the identity the man involves. Please be vigilant when out and about and shop and pub staff should be extra vigilant.”
