Property consultancy celebrates 20 ‘amazing’ years

A Warrington based property consultancy is celebrating 20 years in business and its owner is eyeing further growth for his firm in 2019 and beyond.

Project Development Workshop (PDW) specialises in housing and development consultancy and has helped its clients – including many housing associations and local authorities build thousands of homes across the UK.

The firm, which employs a team of experienced development professionals, also provides a range of services that have been added to its offering over time, including land acquisition, extra care housing and bespoke training.

And it’s the breadth of services now available to clients that owner David Bethell feels will allow his firm to go on and achieve even more success in the years ahead.

“I’m exceptionally proud that the business has gone from strength-to-strength over 20 amazing years, but I’m more excited about the future in this sector than I’ve ever been,” said David.

“I’m really grateful to all of the people that have worked with and for us, enabling us to provide expertise and experience to our clients over the years – as a services business the strength of our team is crucial to success.

“Twenty years in business is a great achievement but with high demand and a lack of supply in the UK’s housing market, it feels like there’s more opportunity than ever for us to continue growing.

“Over the years, we’ve really expanded our offering to meet the demands of a fast-moving market and I feel like we’re in a fantastic position now to do even more and to work with even more clients. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for PDW.”
