TWO council-owned office units at Warrington are to be given a facelift.
The council’s development management committee has given the go-ahead for the refurbishment of the units at Tanning Court, Howley
Two first floor windows will be replaced and a new access ramp at the front of the building will be installed. Roller shutter doors at the rear of the buildings will be replaced with new windows and brick infill and the installation of two replacement first floor windows.
Tanning Court is made up of three separate buildings housing a total of 20 individual units for light industrial and office uses.
The two units to be refurbished are in the northernmost building, which contains five other units.
