POLICE closed Crosfield Street, close to Warrington town centre, in both directions earlier today, following a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area following the collision between a BMW and a Suzuki.
The collision took place at around 3.15pm and paramedics attended at the scene to treat a male casualty.
The road has since re-opened.
