Warrington’s Own Buses provide Christmas cheer for St Rocco’s

SANTA and his Elves were out and about atop Warrington’s Own Buses’ open topper in the run up to Christmas, handing out gifts and helping raise funds for St Rocco’s Hospice.

The Christmas bus was decked out with fairy lights, decorations and characters who were raising money for the Warrington based hospice.

The buses operated routes across town giving chocolates and treats to customers.

MD Ben Wakerley said: “We had a great response to the vintage buses and to Santa Claus.

“It was brilliant to see so many people waving and getting on board. It brought people together and we had a great time and have raised several hundred pounds for St Roccos by donating those fares.”
