A PLAN to build 79 dwellings at Westbrook, Warrington is set to come before Warrington planning bosses tonight.
The proposed development is for a 7.58 acre site bordered by Westbrook Crescnet, Cromwell Avenue, Westbrook Way and Delta Crescent.
At present, the site is open land with trees surrounding the outskirts of the site.
A similar scheme, involving the same number of houses, was thrown out by the borough’s development management committee in August.
A number of amendments have now been made, including an increased amount of open space and a play area.
A total of 42 properties would be of three bedrooms, but there would be 13 four bedroom and 18 two bedroom. Six one bedroom apartments would also be included.
All the properties would be of two storeys.
Officers are recommended the proposal be now accepted
