STAFF at Warrington’s Own Buses are busy raising money for Children in Need – right round the clock.
Directors and managers brought in a coffee van at 4am to serve hot drinks and pastries to the workforce.
In return, drivers, engineers, cleaners and office staff made a donation, which has been matched by the company. So far £500 has been raised.
Company chairman Cllr Cathy Mitchell said: “Our team are very community minded and wanted to show their support to this worthwhile cause. We even had Pudsey in the drivers’ seat!.
“This follows recent support for the British Legion Poppy Appeal.”
