Woman driver arrested for being drunk in charge of a child

A WOMAN was arrested at Warrington early today for drink driving and being drunk in charge of a child.
She was also arrested for allegedly taking a motor vehicle without consent and being in possession of a Class A control drug.
The alleged offences took place in the Great Sankey area.
Later, two men were arrested at Lymm on suspicion of stealing from a motor vehicle after members of the public had reported seeing them acting suspiciously.
A man was arrested in Liverpool Road, Warrington on an allegation of being drunk and disorderly.
It was alleged he was seen kicking out at passing cars and officers had to use an incapacitant spray to bring him under control
Another man was arrested in the town centre for allegedly damaging a bus shelter.
He was also alleged to have been in possession of a Class A drug.
