Plan for house with underground parking for 50 cars

A BOLD plan to build a house with underground parking for up to 50 vehicles is being put forward for the former Stretton airfield site at Warrington.
Planners NJL Consulting are assembling the scheme for the owners of the airfield.
They say the proposal will be submitted “in the autumn”
Permission, granted more than four years ago, already exists for a two-storey office development with subterranean parking for 118 vehicles and the new proposal replaces this one.
In both cases, the car storage facility is solely for private use and would not be used for any commercial purposes.
The consultants say if the new proposal receives planning permission, the two-storey offices would not be build and would be replaced by an architect designed, individual house.
The underground car park would be for the storage of a private collection of specialist cars
