MODEL railway enthusiasts are in for a treat on Sunday, November 18 when four layouts go on show at Grappenhall Community Centre.
Thelwall and Grappenhall Model Railway Club are staging an open day when members of the public will be welcome between noon and 4pm.
There will be four layouts – analogue 00 gauge, N gauge, 009 plus a digital 00 guage layout.
Admission will be £1 for adults and 50p for children and there will also be a tombola stall.
The club is looking for new members – beginners or experts – to help operate and develop the layouts at Grappenhall Community Centre.
They meet on Monday and Thursday evenings from 7pm-9pm and on Saturday afternoons from 2pm-4pm.
Visitors are welcome to take their own locos and trains to try them out on the club layouts.
