Thirteen men charged with drug offences as police target organised crime

UPDATED: A new court date has been set for 13 men, including 10 from Warrington, charged with drug offences following an operation by Cheshire Police’s Serious and Organised Crime Unit (SOCU) to target organised crime in Warrington.

All of the men are facing charges relating to the conspiracy to supply class A (cocaine) drugs. Eight of the men have been remanded into police custody and five have been bailed.

The next court appearance will be on October 24 at Liverpool Crown Court for a Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing.

A 19-year-old Warrington man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) and possession with intent to supply (cocaine) has been released under investigation.

A man and a woman arrested in Scunthorpe on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs have been released under investigation and are being dealt with by Humberside Police

The charges relate to arrests made during dawn raids yesterday,  Tuesday, September 25, in Warrington, Widnes, Cumbria and Scunthorpe after more than 140 officers executed warrants.

Following the execution of the warrants local police community support officers carried out high-visibility patrols to offer reassurance to local residents.

The following will appearing at Liverpool Crown Court on October 24.
Jamie Oldroyd, 28, produced from HMP Altcourse, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) has been remanded.
Dean English, 23, of Augusta View in Cumbria, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) has been remanded.
Taulant Paja, 22, of Gladstone Street in Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) has been remanded.
Paul Ferraiolo, 41, of Fox Bank Close in Widnes, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) has been remanded.
Lewis Johnson, 20, of Elizabeth Drive in Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) has been remanded.
Moses Webber, of Moorside, Latchford in Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) has been remanded.
Terille Riley, 20, of Heather Close in Birchwood, Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) has been remanded.
Adam Toddhunter, 29, of Teal Grove in Birchwood, Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) has been remanded.
William Wright, 25, of Deanwater Close in Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) and has been bailed.
Kyle Kelly, 19, of Solway Close in Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) and has been bailed.
Joel Reading, 20, of Rockingham Close in Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) and has been bailed.
Elliot Auton, 21, of Rockingham Close in Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) and has been bailed.
Jordan Redfern, 21, of Montgomery Close in Warrington, charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs (cocaine) and has been bailed.
