Padgate Library hosts free Fun Palace

PADGATE Library will become a Fun Palace for the day on Saturday 6 October from 10.00am to 3.00pm, when it joins hundreds of Fun Palaces nationally to explode with free and fun activities throughout the day. 

Fun Palaces aim to bring culture to the heart of the community through activities delivered by, for and with local people.

Chris Everett, Senior LiveWire Advisor, said:  “Come along to Padgate Library on Saturday 6 October from 10.00am to 3.00pm for lots of FREE fun activities throughout the day – try new activities and have fun.

“You could become a musical marvel, try out a ukulele, learn computer coding skills or have a go at making your own Lego creation. Please drop-in on the day.”

Among the free activities will be:

  • Warrington Signing Choir,
  • DJ and music production,
  • Lego club,
  • ukulele playing, and
  • computer coding.
