Vandals blamed for fires in Woolston Park

VANDALS are being blamed for a series of fires in Woolston Park, Warrington.
Firefighters from Birchwood were called to the park shortly after 9pm and discovered several fires burning.
They used water to extinguish the flames and were at the scene for about 20 minutes.
The fires had been started deliberately and police appealed to anyone who knows anything about how they came to be started to call them on 101, or use the anonymous Crimestoppers hot line 0800 555 111.
