TENPIN bowling is back in Warrington following a major re-vamp of the former LA Bowl centre at Winwick Quay.
The Mayor, Cllr Karen Mundry, officially re-launched the centre, now operated by Tenpin, one of largest bowling brands in the UK.
More than 100 guests were present, along with Warrington Wolves players Bryson Goodwin, Sitaleki Akouala, Morgan Smith and Pat Moran and team mascot Wolfie.
Money raised on the evening went to The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust, near Lymm, with a total £500 being donated to the cause.
The family entertainment centre has undergone a fresh, modern update to the interiors, and now offers bowling, laser quest and the latest gaming machines, plus a brand new bar and diner.
Andy Swan, General Manager of Tenpin said: “We had a great night showcasing the new centre to customers and local residents alike, and the feedback has been great! It is in a fantastic location, with great transport links and in the middle of a thriving retail area, so we’re sure it will become the go-to place for families and bowling enthusiasts to come and bowl for years to come.”
