A group of friends beat the elements to complete the gruelling Prudential London 100 mile cycle challenge , raising an estimated £10,000 for St Rocco’s Hospice.
The group consisting of Carl Palmer, Norman Tarbuck, Julian Parrington, Chris Downey, Rob Foden and his son Daniel, Ben Dawbarn and Paul Dixon, rode through rain and strong winds to complete the challenge on Sunday, helping raise funds for the Warrington based charity.
They completed the challenge in around seven hours, cycling through rain and strong winds.
