Appeal for witnesses after bin set on fire in park

FIREFIGHTERS were called out following reports of a fire at a park on Lysander Drive in Warrington shortly before 7pm last night (Saturday).

The fire involved a bin which had been deliberately set alight. The team used a water back pack to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for approximately 15 minutes.
