Motorist, 74, fined for misusing blue badge

A 74-year-old motorist has been fined for misusing a blue disabled badged after being prosecuting by Warrington Borough Council.
Ronald Froggett, of Manhattan Gardens, Chapelford, pleaded guilty by post at Warrington Magistrates Courtl
He admitted misusing a blue disabled badge while the vehicle was parked on double yellow lines without the blue badge holder being present.
The court fined him £40, with £50 costs and victim surcharge of £30.
