His kind-hearted gesture has now maded him a hit on social media after putting a smile on the faces of many people.

Orford mum of two Kerry Harper posted her thanks on facebook after Matt answered her husband Rob’s call to deliver a Whippy ice cream to his mother who was been at the hospice for just over a week.

Although she has been able to eat ice cream from a tub, she told her son she fancied a Whippy icee cream. So Rob put in the call and then Matt went the extra mile.

“What a wonderful thing you did Matt! You put smiles on a lot of people’s faces tonight.”
