Two casualties taken to hospital after collision

TWO casualties were taken to hospital following a road traffic collision on the A 57 Sankey Way, close to Warrington Peace Centre, on Sunday evening.

Emergency services, including fire and rescue crews from Penketh and Warrington attended at the scene.

Two casualties received treatment at the scene before being taken to hospital.

Members of the public who assisted at the scene have been thanked for their help and support.
