MP to host “evening of cultural diversity”

WARRINGTON South MP Faisal Rashid is to host “An evening of Cultural Diversity” at Walton Hall and Gardens on Thursday, July 12.
The event will bring together a range of cultures for an evening of entertainment and good food. It is being held in association with Warrington Disability Partnership and takes place during the Disability Awareness Day week.
Mr Rashid first launched and hosted the event as Mayor of Warrington. Following the success of that event, he has decided to again to run the event as the MP for Warrington South.
The multi-cultural evening will feature an impressive line-up of entertainment including traditional and contemporary dancers, musicians and singers, celebrating an array of cultures and nationalities from Asia, Africa and Europe, helping to strengthen the community bond in Warrington South.
During the evening there will also be a chance to sample different cuisine.
The event will take place inside the Arts Marquee at Walton Hall and Gardens, and will run from 7pm to 11pm.
